Registration for an Account
To enjoy the benefits of the services, you must register for an account for a one-time payment membership subscription. Simply answer our questions, use your valid email address and create a password to register your account. All information that you provide to register with bodybybunny.com is subject to the Site’s Privacy Policy. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your Account information updated. You shall not:
Select or use as a username a name of another person with the intent to impersonate that person;
Use as a username a name subject to any rights of a person other than you without appropriate authorization;
Or use, as a username, a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your Account, and for keeping your account password secure. You shall have the ability to delete your Account by emailing hello@bodybybunny.com. All personal data records would be removed however no refunds are issued.

Certain information on the Site may contain pricing errors, typographical errors and other errors or inaccuracies which we may correct without liability to you or any other person, unless otherwise prohibited by the law. We also reserve the right to limit quantities purchased by users and to revise, suspend, or terminate an event or promotion at any time without notice (including after an order has been submitted and/or acknowledged). We do not guarantee that all products described on our Site will be available.
International Use
We control and operate the Site from the United Kingdom. Our Site's prices shall be listed in GBP. Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer you a refund on any diet plan, workout plan or any similar digital/virtual product which is delivered to you electronically.

As a condition of use, you promise not to use the Services for any purpose that is prohibited by these Terms. You are responsible for all of your activity in connection with the Services. You shall not (and shall not permit any third party to) either (a) take any action or (b) upload, download, post, submit or otherwise distribute or facilitate distribution of any Content on or through the Service, including without limitation any User Content, that:

Without prejudice to our other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, we may take such action as we deem appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the Site, prohibiting you from accessing the Site, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the Site, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the Site and/or bringing court proceedings against you.

General Statement of Program Objectives and procedures
I understand that Body By Bunny workouts includes exercises to build the cardiorespiratory system (heart and lungs), the musculoskeletal system, (which involves muscular endurance, strength and overall flexibility), and to improve body composition (increasing muscle and bone and decreasing body fat). Exercise includes aerobic activities, such as, running and other aerobic activities, weightlifting using ankle/wrist wrights and other equipment to improve muscular strength and endurance, as well as flexibility exercises to improve joint range of motion.
Description of Potential Risks
I understand that the reaction of the heart, lung, blood vessels as well as other systems to exercise cannot always be predicted with accuracy. I know there is a risk of certain abnormal changes occurring during the following exercise, which include abnormalities of blood pressure or heart attacks as well as other side effects. Use of weightlifting, equipment and engaging in heavy body calisthenics may lead to musculoskeletal strains, pain and injury if adequate warm-up, gradual progression, and safety procedures are not consistently followed. I understand that personal trainer (seller) shall not be liable for any damages arising from personal injuries sustained by client (buyer) while and during and/or from a personal training program does so at his/her own risk. Client (buyer) assumes full responsibilities for any injuries or damages which may occur during and/or after training.

Entry is open to residents of the UK except employees (and their families) of Body By Bunny and their agents, the suppliers of the prizes and any other companies associated with the competitions.
Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification.
Entries that are incomplete, illegible, indecipherable, or inaudible (if made by phone) will not be valid and deemed void.
All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition.
Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed in the post, or due to computer error in transit.
The prizes are as stated, are not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
The winner(s) is (are) responsible for expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the prizes, including any necessary travel documents, passports and visas.
Prizes are subject to availability and the prize suppliers’ terms and conditions.
The promoters reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of competitions at any time and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the competition.
In the event of a prize being unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
Unless stated otherwise the winner(s) will be drawn at random from all correct entries received by the closing date stated within the promotional material.

The Bunny Club Membership area
The agreement is with you only. Any video and recipe content is for personal use and cannot be redistributed or monetised.
All our memberships are monthly memberships, monthly means every 4 weeks starting on the first Monday of the month.
During your membership, you must pay your membership fees whether or not you actually make use of the services.
You must pay your monthly membership fee in advance every week or month, depending on your chosen membership, by direct debit.
We offer some extra benefits that you can add to your membership at an additional cost.
You can cancel your rolling membership at any time in the month, however you will not be refunded any payment already taken.
We may cancel or freeze your membership at any time by giving you one month’s notice in writing.

Automatic Renewal: To the extent permitted by applicable law, subscriptions automatically renew for the subscription period until you cancel. Your payment method will be charged at the beginning of each subscription period. If a Purchaser offers a free-trial period, your payment method will be charged at the end of the free-trial period unless you cancel before the end of that period.
How to Decline Renewal: To pause or cancel a subscription, visit your account settings. Your changes will be applied to your next subscription period.
Events
Body By Bunny reserves the right to cancel or reschedule outdoor events due to weather. In the event of cancellation, the organiser will be notified.
